Reflection Employee Development & Initiatives LLC. (REDI) is owned and operated by Dèsa Lambert. REDI’s focus is to help small – medium size companies grow their training and development programs, improve business processes, develop training materials (including training videos), and conduct trainings. We offer these services in person or through video calls.
